Purchase/Delivery Policy

To effectively place an order you need to select a product size/quantity in order to compete a sale. Please note a products displayed picture may NOT reflect the size chosen and the INITIAL displayed price usually relates to the smallest available size available not necessarily relating to the size of the product on the picture/image used and displayed (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE TO PRICE MAY DIFFER ON PICTURE DISPLAYED AND MUST BE SELECTED TO COMPLETE A SALE).  After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within Three working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If for whatever reason we are unable to supply your order, at our discretion, we will process a full refund back to your account and will notify you of this transaction refund and reason.
