JING combines the most revered Jing herbs of the Taoist system into a powerful tonic that helps to cultivate an abundance of energy that is the foundation of all functions within the body and its many systems, especially the hormones. When we experience fatigue and weakness in the body, it is a sign that our Jing is being depleted. Jing energy lives in the kidneys, and when it is low we are susceptible to becoming exhausted and hormonal function can go out of whack, which leads to super speedy ageing and deterioration of the cells.

The JING blend is balanced in the Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine), creating a harmonious blend that will work with most constitutions and body types. He shou wu, rehmannia and dendrobium support the Yin essence of the kidneys, bringing deep nourishment and mineralisation to this organ system so that long-term energy and stamina can be maintained. The Yin Jing energy must be strong for hormonal function to be balanced; these herbs are wonderful at restoring that balance. Eucommia bark, cordyceps and morinda bring the Yang aspect to the blend. The Yang herbs tone functions of the kidneys, further enhancing hormonal balance and restoring libido, while also strengthening the physical structure (especially knees, lower back, hips and bones).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Start by adding 1/2 tsp (approx. 3g) to hot water to make an instant tea (sweeten if desired), or add to smoothies, juices, elixirs, hot chocolates or your favourite recipe for a healthy boost. Serving size may be increased to up to 2 Tbs per day; recommended daily serve is 1 tsp. We’ve extracted this product with care so it is at maximum bioavailability and ready to be taken as is. The extract is NOT heat sensitive and can be added to hot drinks and dishes.

STORAGE:
Your herbs are packed in Miron violet glass to protect them from damaging UV rays, and include a silica-based desiccant to absorb moisture (the enemy of your herbs!). Keep your herbs dry and tightly sealed and they’ll thank you! The herbs are packed by weight not volume and some settling may occur. Please reuse your Miron jars!!
